PRIVACY POLICY

The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) is a not-for-profit corporation under Section 501(c)4. This subsection of the Internal Revenue Code governing the status of non-profit organizations is devoted to lobbying for political, civic, or other, similar causes. 501(c)4 organizations are exempt from federal taxation. However, contributions and donations made to them are not tax-exempt.

All donations or membership fees are non-refundable. Confirmation of all donations and membership fees will be emailed and/or mailed to the address of record. Donors and members will receive correspondence in the mail from the local or national branch.
